🏗️ Frame — PA12 Cinewhoop Duct, 90mm Wheelbase, Under 150g
The Pavo20 frame is built from PA12 material with a thickened cross-section whoop duct designed around aerodynamic principles — the duct geometry actively boosts thrust rather than just protecting propellers. At a 90mm wheelbase and under 54.51g dry (no battery, no O3 unit), the entire flying system stays well under 150g ready to fly, keeping you out of heavy regulatory territory in most contexts.
The frame features an integrated injection-molded HD VTX mounting bracket with embedded copper nuts and half-thread screws — no fiddling with tightness, no stripping plastic threads, no vibration creeping in over time. The O3 Air Unit drops into the bracket cleanly. The 4-point camera side panel protects the lens from side impacts and holds ND filters without angle drift after hard crashes. An open-ended battery strap slot with side-limitation slots accommodates a wide range of 3S packs.
🧠 F4 2-3S 20A AIO Flight Controller V1 — Built for HD Digital
At just 5.92 grams, the F4 AIO FC is specifically engineered for HD digital VTX operation. Key specs:
- STM32F405 processor running at 168MHz
- ICM42688P gyroscope at 8K sample rate — same class gyro as found in premium 5" builds
- 20A continuous ESC / 25A peak — handles motor stalls without shutting down
- 9V 2A BEC dedicated to the DJI O3 Air Unit — stable power even as battery voltage drops at end of pack

📡 ELRS V3 — Long Range, Low Latency
The Pavo20 ships with ExpressLRS 2.4G firmware V3 integrated into the FC. Bind it to any ELRS V3 compatible transmitter (RadioMaster, BetaFPV LiteRadio, etc.) and you have a solid, low-latency control link at micro-cinewhoop scale. Make sure your transmitter module and radio are also running ELRS V3 — version mismatch will prevent binding.
⚙️ Propulsion — 1103 8500KV + Gemfan 2015 2-Blade
The 1103 8500KV motors are tuned specifically for 2-inch props on 3S voltage — delivering strong punch and rapid throttle response in a small package. Paired with Gemfan 2015 2-blade propellers, the system is optimized for both indoor precision flying and outdoor freestyle performance. Recommended battery: 3S 450mAh–650mAh (not included). Note: the frame itself supports 2-4S, but the quadcopter as configured is tuned and recommended for 3S only.
💡 COB LED Strip — Ice Blue (Included)
The Pavo20 includes a Pavo Series COB LED strip (5V, 560mm × 4mm, ice blue) that mounts directly onto the whoop duct arms. Beyond aesthetics, the LED strip dramatically improves orientation awareness in low-light conditions and makes the drone far more visible to bystanders — useful for indoor flying in warehouses, gyms, or evening sessions.
