The Diamondback Pro Type F is Quadifier's most serious freestyle platform. Built on the foundation of the original Diamondback and taken several steps further, the Pro Type F is precision-engineered to look fierce, fly with authority, and handle everything you throw at it without flinching. This is not an ordinary 5" freestyle frame — it's a weapon.

Squish X Geometry — Clean Footage, Better Shots

The Squish X layout slightly compresses the quad's footprint compared to True-X, resulting in a more compact build where the propellers stay completely out of your FPV camera and GoPro's field of view at every angle. No props in frame means cleaner footage, better cinematic shots, and no post-processing workarounds. If you fly with a GoPro and care about your footage quality, Squish X is the geometry you want.

20mm Standoffs — The Stability Difference

The Pro Type F runs 20mm standoffs — taller than the standard slammed configuration — and this is one of the key reasons it flies the way it does. The additional standoff height lowers the effective center of gravity relative to the propeller plane, giving the frame exceptional stability that translates into a planted, confident flight feel. Every input feels deliberate, every maneuver feels locked in. Once you fly a frame with 20mm standoffs done right, it's hard to go back.

Plate Mounted XT60 — Included

The Pro Type F comes with a plate-mounted XT60 connector built into the design — not an afterthought, not a zip-tied solution. The battery connector is part of the frame itself, resulting in a cleaner build, better stress distribution on the connector, and a more professional finished result. This is the kind of detail that separates a thoughtfully designed frame from a generic one.

5mm Arms — Built for Punishment

The arms are 5mm carbon fiber, giving the Pro Type F the structural backbone to handle aggressive freestyle flying and hard crashes without flexing or snapping. Arm guards are available separately, bringing total weight to 150g — still well within the range of a capable, agile 5" freestyle build.

HD Ready Out of the Box

A dedicated 20x20 mounting position at the rear of the frame accommodates any HD VTX of your choice, keeping your digital video system cleanly integrated without compromising the main stack area. Compatible with 20x20 and 30x30 stacks, the Pro Type F handles virtually any electronics combination you want to run.
