The DC5's architecture was specifically developed to house bulky HD air units — DJI O3, Walksnail Avatar, and HDZero. Generous center space with dedicated mounts protects your valuable HD equipment from impacts while keeping total weight to a minimum. No cramming, no cable stress, no compromises on protection.
250mm Wheelbase — The Sweet Spot
The 250mm diagonal distance provides superior stability at high speed compared to standard 210-220mm frames, while maintaining enough agility for dynamic freestyle flying. If you want the perfect balance between smooth HD footage and sharp freestyle response, 250mm is the right wheelbase. Larger than typical racing frames for better stability, smaller than long-range builds for real freestyle capability.

This frame is optimized for HD air units which are bulkier than analog systems. Verify your air unit dimensions before ordering. Compatible with DJI O3, Walksnail Avatar, and HDZero without modifications.
The 250mm wheelbase offers better stability for HD capture but requires slightly different piloting technique compared to 220mm frames. Best suited for intermediate to advanced pilots who prioritize smooth footage over maximum agility. For HD freestyle and cinematic flying, run 2306 or 2207 motors at 1850-2000KV on 6S with low-pitch props (5x4.3 or 5x4.5) and moderate rates in Betaflight.
